  • Frontend Developer – Istanbul
    We are looking for a Frontend Developer who has a proven ability to create robust, high quality and easily maintainable interfaces and applications. We want a Frontend Developer who can build modular, reusable components. This is a role for an individual contributor who can also be a collaborative member of our team.

  • Art Director – Istanbul
    Art Directors drive the design of our projects forward—they are in the trenches, but they also keep their eyes on the overall goal. They have a passion for design—stunning, elegant, forward-thinking design. Reporting to their Creative Directors, they collaborate with client services, UX, strategy and tech teams to develop creative concepts and approaches, developing original design concepts as well as overseeing project design all the way through execution.

    What we’d like to see;

    • 5+ years of hands on experience creating exceptional digital brand experiences
    • A strong background in an Art Director role or similar.
    • Direct client interaction experience, and the ability to build both external and internal team relationships, as well as understand client vision/direction and present designs and concepts.
    • A passion for technology and awareness of digital trends.
    • Experience working collaboratively with all levels of designers and copywriters—we want Art Directors who will be strong leaders while fostering team camaraderie.
    • Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design. We want you to blow us away with your work.
    • Strong communication skills working with the client and design team. Art Directors need to be able to clearly and concisely express themselves and explain their ideas.
    • A great attitude and a lack of ego.
  • Visual Designer – Istanbul
    Visual Designers are talented, driven people with a passion for making gorgeous, ground-breaking work and a commitment to fostering the talents of the employees they help manage. They’re ready for hands-on projects at every stage of the lifecycle, from brainstorming creative concepts with the project team and developing original campaigns, to participating in client presentations and ensuring deadlines are met, all the way to launch.

    What we’d like to see;

    • Strong conceptual thinking. We want people who can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, cool concepts to move forward with.
    • A strong background, with 2-3 years of visual design experience, at least some in an agency environment. You should consider intimate Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch to be something like family.
    • Strong teamwork skills—the ability to work with Creative Directors and mentor other Designers as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly.
    • A solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation. You know a product needs more than just a pretty face.
    • A great attitude and a lack of ego.
  • Junior Project Manager – Istanbul
    Our Project Managers are responsible for the execution of every deliverable we ship: concepts, taxonomies, stunning videos and media, tech builds, mobile apps and enterprise website redesigns. PMs develop and fortify the relationships between the clients and the internal creative, strategy and tech teams to make the work happen.

    What we’d like to see;

    • 1 year experience in interactive project management. We need someone who is confident and comfortable with the demands this role will require from the very start.
    • Impeccable organizational skills. With projects under their charge from start to finish, Project Management requires an inherent knack for spreadsheets and timelines.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as PMs need to manage expectations for the client and internal teams, synthesize different points of view and incorporate other people’s ideas into an active project plan.
    • A sense of ownership for everything they deliver.
